Back in 1982 my cousin gave me his old turntables an amp and a pair
of speakers and I set to work to perform at my first public event at the tender age of 15. I was confident enough to make
announcements between tracks and have a bit of fun with the audience, playing a mix of classic 70's dance tracks, Barry
White, Players Association, Chic etc. After turning 16 I decided to get organised and took a number of bookings and have been
performing at various venues to the present day. My passion is for dance music and 70's - 80's funk. The Brand New
Heavies are probably my favourite band of all time.
